I spent a great day with Ann and Lori at Studio 901. We used a Daniel Smith Watercolor Kit. It is great. It comes with a video that has lessons for four projects. The kit also includes a paint brush, a pallet, tracing paper, 4 flowers to trace, watercolor paper and enough paint for the projects.
Ann & I both agree this is a wonderful way to learn to watercolor. Neither of us are great at drawing and this took all the stress out of it for me.
I had a wonderful time and so enjoyed spending time with two of my good friends.
Life is soooo good.
I've added another bird if you are are following my birds.

Great to paint with friends Boo and love your pretty painting. Happy PPF, Annette x
ReplyDeleteI like your daffodils, Boo. I grew up calling these buttercups too so maybe we grew up in the same part of the US. At any rate, your painting is beautiful and the flowers look so real.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Boo - you are doing so well. I can't draw at all -that's why I use stamps!
