Summer of Color 3 is Ending

I've really enjoyed the Summer of Color 3.  I'm sorry that its ending.  This is my week 6 project.  The colors were Sage and Sepia.

The background colors are a gelli print.  The I used Claudine Helmuth Bird and Branch stamp.

The branch was stamped onto the background.  The bird I stamped on Sage Paper with Versa Mark and embossed with clear powder.

The text on the bird is a Hero Arts stamps.  The background was stamped with a Tin Can Mail stamp. The tiny words are Tim Holtz rubons.  The white is gesso and made with a small container lid.

  4. This is beautiful!. Whenever I saw birds on journal pages, I always enjoy seeing if there is any words, script or musical notes in the background. These are their songs!. And this cute guy seemed to be a happy, chatty one :). LOVE!

  18. You are really productive and this summer. I really do not have a clue how you did this even though I read you post. I have to see something done to understand it.
