National Craft Month Give Away

I've been seeing blogs and ads and messages about National Craft Month all over the web.

In honor of National Craft Month,
I'm having a small Give-Away....

I found my stash of sequin waste/punchinella so I'll be giving away a bit of that for you to use as a stencil.  I'll see what other found objects I have in my stash that a mixed media artist might find fun and useful to add to it.

Please leave a comment below for your chance to win.  This is the only place to put your name in the hat... please don't leave comments on Facebook because I might miss them there.

I hope you'll join the fun.  Comment by March 15 for your chance to win.

  7. How cool! Only homemade stencils here, so far :) So this would come in handy.

    1. May I ask where you get your patterns for your home made stencils? I'm looking to make myself, but don't know where to get good printable patterns!

    2. Susi, Most of the silhouettes I found on the internet. I google ladies dancing or man with umbrella and then click Images.

I do have the Tim Holtz die and I've used that as a mask and stencil as well as a Sixxix bird. Tonight I used a picture of a lady in a poodle skirt I found in a pattern book.

I want a chevron so I printed a chevron design tonight from google images. Then I cover my paper with clear packing tape to seal it and then I cut it out. Not sure I have enough patience to cut the chevron. We will find out tomorrow.

Hope that helps. If you know anyone with a Cricut they might cut some masks.
