A friend recently sent me a couple of tags. That got me in the mood to make my own. The one on the left is made with Stampin Up's Owl Punch. The owl bodies are punched from a Gelli Print. It will be winging it's way to Australia soon.The red tag is has a Hero Arts stamped background. The face is part of a Penny Black stamp. I make her body by cutting a lady out of a catalog and painting it black and then gluing the dress to it. The dress is a piece of Tim' Holtz tissue paper.
This quote is a Boo original. I lettered it on medical paper tape using a black marker. The white dots are made with my trusty White Signo Gel Pen. What kind of tag will you make next? Tag, You're It.

ReplyDeleteBoth the owls and the lady have heads and shoulders, and even though an owl doesn't really have knees, your owls are showing their toes! So both your tags fit so well with the APR challenge. Both are really nice, and your original quote is very true.
